Objectives :
1. To use thermography to identify any abnormal temperature pattern in the affected shoulder girdle or cervicothoracic area in frozen shoulders. 2. To concentrate treatment on any areas of local warmth identified by thermography. 3. To record any changes in pain and range movement of the shoulder after the course of treatment. 4. To identify any similarity in the patterns of temperature abnormality observed in frozen shoulders. 5. To discover whether the thermographic findings alter after a course of treatment.
