Many people fall and/or have a fear of falling. This paper outlines clinical approaches to working with adults, particularly olde people in this category. It proposes a modified model for intervention for falls and fear of falling, and provides guidelines for how to intervene in falls prevention groups in which some participants may not have a fear of falling.
