This paper gives a review of five different techniques of muscle transfer to restore elbow flexion or other functions of humeral muscles. Every method of flexorplasty is discussed with all its 'pros and cons'. The method preferred by the author,latissimus dorsi transfer, is explained in greater detail via typical case reports.
