REV NEUROL (Paris) , 2019, vol. 175, n° 9, p. 552-559 Doc n°: 190162 Localisation : Documentation IRR D.O.I. : https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neurol.2019.02.008 Descripteurs : AE3 - SEP MS patients show a lexical access deficit in naming tasks that may explain the complaint of "the word at the tip of the tongue" that patients may formulate. Lexical access deficit correlated with verbal fluency performance. This lexical access deficit is more pronounced as the form of MS evolves. The executive component of mental shifting has been shown to take part in this lexical access deficit. A cognitive rehabilitation program taking into account this mental shifting component should be more efficient to rehabilitate naming abilities in MS. Langue : ANGLAIS |
