Keratosis punctata is a rare keratinizing disorder characterized by multiple punctate hyperkeratotic lesions on the soles and palms. This genodermatosis presents as an autosomal dominant trait, and needs to be distinguished from keratosis palmaris et plantaris, arsenical keratoses, keratoses associated with malignancy, and mechanically induced keratoses.
