A twenty seven years old spinal cord injured male subject was involved in a motor vehicle accident resulted in D12 complete paraplegia and left above knee amputation. An advanced reciprocating gait othosis (ARGO) was used to help the patient for upright mobility. The ARGO was modified to incorporate ischial-weight rollator. In this specific case, a new idea in rehabilitation technology was incorporated in order to obtain a bipedal ambulation for a patient with complicated clinical problems.
