Hylton orthosis - For 44 children who are cerebrally disturbed in motion and who were split up into 4 groups of patients with flat feet and talipes equinus, who were or were not able to walk and who were examined with or without Hylton orthoses by the "Gross Motor Function Measure", the average improvement of the gross motor abilities amounted to 4.91 per cent in total score and to 10.42 per cent in total goal score, which comes up to an improvement by 27.25 per cent of the original capacity. those children who were unable to walk showed the best results.
